Looking for some tips to jumpstart your confidence? We have some for you!
Get to know your biggest fan- (Hint- It's you!)
It's way easier to be your toughest critic than it is to be your biggest fan. And, if your confidence is on the lower side of the spectrum, it makes it ten times harder. But once we tap into that self- love and adoration I promise you'll be your biggest fan.
Pretend like you're dating yourself or getting familiar with a new acquaintance. What are your likes, dislikes? What's your favorite flower or scent. What makes you anxious? Gets you excited? Once you know what grinds your gears, you can make every effort to stay far away from it! Once you learn what makes you feel good, you can surround yourself with those things and help turn you into your best self.
Change a small habit or create a healthy one
When I say a small habit, I'm talking small small; not quitting smoking or a crash diet. But more like organizing your work station or going to bed 15 minutes earlier. These may seem insignificant for some but do them for 30 days and not only would you have an accomplishment under your belt but you may have created a healthy habit that will increase your quality of life. (And yes going to bed 15 minutes earlier can change your life!) Setting and accomplishing small goals can put you on track to achieve bigger things and can have your confidence shooting through the roof.
Surround yourself with confident Kings and Queens
You know the old saying "birds of a feather," while that isn't ALWAYS true, it makes for a good argument when we're talking about confidence. When you surround yourself with people that are self assure some of this energy is bound to rub off on you! Can't find anyone in your circle that fits the description? Then you have to be the change or make a change. You can become the confident individual in the group, helping those around you to see the best in themselves or make changes to those in your circle so that it looks more like what you want to see in yourself.
Last but not least
BREATHE
When you read that did you actually take a deep breath? You should have. Even when you’re at your lowest, even when it looks like there’s nothing around you to be confident about JUST BREATHE. Take a pause analyze what around you is causing you to be unsure, take a break and revisit it again when you can. We’re a’ll rooting for you! And can’t wait to see you come out on the Confdnt side!
